Take the factory sub wires and run them into a high level input on an aftermarket amp or into a high to low converter.

You need an amp or LOC that is capable of taking in a 40V high level input. The rest is straightforward.

The easiest way is to use a Kicker KEY500.1 and connect both coils to the R and L high level inputs (kicker recommends always connecting both).
