ECS Engineers have spent countless hours in the development of the exclusive B9 A4 2.0T Kohlefaser Luft-Technik Intake System. This intake was precision engineered using state of the art laser scanning, dyno testing, and 3D CAD technology to combine factory-like fitment in your engine bay with increased engine performance.

This intake has been subjected to rigorous real world testing with verified performance gains on our in-house chassis dyno resulting in an increase of 11WHP and 10WTQ with the factory tune and 5 WHP and 9 WTQ when combined with the APR Stage 1 ECU Upgrade.

The ECS Tuning Kohlefaser Luft-Technik Intake System features:

If one already has the regular luft technik intake, would the carbon cover just fit right over it? Do you sell that separately?

It will not, unfortunately. We do not sell pieces of our intake systems individually.

Will this fit a B9 S4? I'd like to be able to transfer it over if I purchase a S4 in a year or two.

Now the CF ecu cover makes sense. CF on both sides of the engine bay looks good. All you need to do is produce a CF engine cover and the engine bay will be complete.

We haven't test fit this on a B9 S4 yet. Some parts may be similar but won't beable to confirm until our B9 S4 shows up.

We do plan to have an intake specifically for S4 though.

How is this different from the other luft intake system you guys have? The one without the CF cover.

Too bad they didn't design a cover for the people who bought the Luft Intake, it looks pretty slick, I would have ordered a cover.

It has the stock diverter valve installed you just hear it more with an intake.

It's very similar this just has a carbon fiber cover that encloses the filter as well as connects to the front air duct to direct cool fresh air at the filter.
