Front spoiler stolen
So my ECS carbon fiber front spoiler on my car was stolen at the airport this weekend. This is a well lit parking garage by the terminal. Who has a kahunas to get under a car and remove 6 screws and take a spoiler? Amazing

If it’s not bolted down, athough it was, someone, somewhere is goona steal it. My buddy recently had some Ahole scratch up his paint really bad when they stole his Mercedes Benz emblem from his car. He was parked at the hospital during the middle of the day! I’m sorry for your misfortune, I DESPISE a theif! Those ECS CF spoilers aren’t cheap, I just bought one myself.

It happens. Coming from the world of Japanese cars, it's actually more common than not to have a diffuser or front lip stolen. People are just that bold.
Did you use a regular flat head screw? Take a look at security screws, more difficult to remove so they may give up after the first couple of tries. But just keep in mind, if someone is determined to take it, they will have it.

If I decide to drop another $600 dollars on a spoiler, next time I will use security screws (didn't know that was a thing) and consider the camera. Thanks for the info

Or use a rivet gun to put it on. They’ll either have to drill or just brake it off. My parents got tired of the thugs in their old neighborhood dicking up the locks on their cars so they just left it unlocked with a sign saying as much.

A friend of mine had his catalytic converter cut out of his exhaust system while parked in a daytime commuter lot. The replacement cost was far more expensive than the scrap value of the platinum.
