Yes you need full USB to run carplay and androidauto features. Then you need dlink e100 as tool to hack system. If will you have it I can do work for you.

If you have 2 USB and a NAVI button then you only need the coding part which can be done by your Audi dealership for around 500 Euros or someone in the local ads for 250 Euros

I can do all coding but tool which is necessary is Dlink e-100.

Dlink e100 + activate full usb setting on 5f coding. Then Dlink e100 can be connected with unit.
