After lowering my car on Emmotion springs, the headlights seem like they shine too low.

Is this all in my head? Does this bother anyone else?
Is this adjustable at a dealership?

You should *always* have your headlights aligned after any suspension work at the dealership or other competent workshops. Most will do it as customer goodwill, but you might be minimally charged for an hour of labor.
