Default How do you turn off the radio?

Probably a stupid question but how do you turn off the radio?

The only ways I've found is to either switch to external media player or mute it.

What does your car's manual say?

I don't think you can. As you say, you can either mute it or change the media source. I believe that MMI is like a stereo receiver that is always powered on.

Pressing the volume **** will mute the audio source, pressing and holding it will turn off the MMI.

If the B9 works like the C7, tap the volume **** to mute and press and hold for a couple of seconds to turn the radio off. Note that all audio will be off with either of the methods.

Well, it seems like I learn something about this car every day.

No need to restrict yourself to learning only one item per day; there's a good chance that, if you read the manual, you'll learn even more.

I've only had the car a month and my manual is already dog-eared. There is simply way too much in there to absorb everything in a short period of time.
