Default Jack/lug wrench?

Over the weekend, we had a flat tire in my wife's 2018 A4. Checking in the trunk, she had the donut spare, but we couldn't find a jack or lug wrench. I had the tools in my car, changed the tire, and off to the dealer we went. While there, I asked about where the tools should be, thinking I'd just failed to find the proper storage nook. However, they couldn't find them either. Then they checked another 2018 A4 on the lot, and couldn't find them in that one either.

Should I have a jack and lug wrench? I'd think so (especially if I have a spare tire), but it seems strange that two cars would be missing them.

Have you looked under the donut, by removing the black cover, next to the battery?

My set is under the flap that’s adjacent to the back seat. It’s a seperate compartment from the donut. You can kinda see the fold that separates the 2

Had the donut out, and saw the battery (couldn't miss it), but no nearby cover or anything else that looked like a tool set.

I have a 2018. Fold the back seat forward and then lift up the flap of floor trunk liner where it meets the back seats.

Ding ding ding! That's well-hidden, especially with the all-weather trunk mat:
