My 2018 A4 arrived yesterday
My 2018 A4 arrived yesterday. Ordered it back in the end of April. Premium+, Manhattan Gray, black optics, tech, manual, quattro, sport, 19" black optic wheels. Love everything about it. Coming from a BMW 340i and fit and finish of interior and technology are light years ahead in the Audi. Everyone says the sound system is amazing but words cant really describe how good it is... I have never heard a factory sound system this good not even the optional packages on all the luxury brands. My only complaint is it isnt as powerful as the BMW which is to be expected, I would have went for the S4, but manual was a requirement for me. There are ways to fix the power situation Wanted to share a quick few pics with the forum because I'm not sure if anyone else has got their 2018 yet. This is a great forum, I am a long time member back to my B5 days. Glad to be back with Audi. I will post a more in depth review and better pics later, but I am going back out to drive/play for now.

Very nice. Manhattan Gray looks great with Black Optics! And yes, the B&O sound system is great!

In terms of power...have you driven it in dynamic mode or S mode? I found the A4 to completely transform with those settings.

Yes the seats are heated. Ventilated was not an option though with the BO. Yes I tried it in Dynamic too. Don't get me wrong the car has pep for it's power to weight ratio, just less than I am used to. I need 300 hp and 300+ TQ

If you don't mind me asking, how are you planning on increasing performance? APR is not yet available for the MT. Being a former BMW owner, I'm sure you are well versed in the BMS piggyback module(s). George from BMS has posted that the JB4 will become available for the 2017/2018 A4 within the next two (2) weeks. Have you explored other options, and if so, care to share?

No plans to do anything about the power for now. However check with APR I believe you will find their B9 tune does support manual trans as long as your box code is supported. I personally wouldn't touch piggyback module(s) for my car.

Stupid you can't get ventilated. You can get them on the S4. Audi USA is just ridiculous with their choices..so bad.
I agree with some that the S4 needs to have a bit more HP to push it further up & for the $$
Regarding a tune, which direction are you planning on going and are you worried about the warranty/risk?

Any particular reason for avoiding a piggyback module? Also, checking the APR site, I could only find that the B9 tune was for "S Tronic" models. Appreciate any information you would be able to provide.
