Deal check on ‘21 A4 45 Premium: is ~9% off MSRP decent?
I’m working with a car broker over text message on a lease deal in SoCal and wanted to get your opinion on whether the quote he’s giving me is solid or if there’s more room. Unfortunately he’s not giving me all the facts and figures yet but working backwards with a lease calculator, it looks like the selling price on the $44,590 MSRP car is discounted about $4,840, including the $750 lease cash applied. So it looks like about 10.8% off MSRP including the incentive or 9.2% off MSRP excluding the incentive.
Has anyone used the Costco program? My local dealer was referred when I filled out the form on the CostcoAuto.com website, but I haven’t answered their 2 voicemails from earlier today. Is the Costco deal a fixed % off MSRP on a given model? Is the Costco discount exclusive of any incentives?
