After seeing the new rear valence and compare it to my 2018, The 2018 design looks awfully plain. I’m thinking of replacing the valence with a 2019 or the silver one from all road to retain the original exhaust tips.

How hard is the install?

Okay after about 4 months parts finally came in (minus the black chrome trim) from Germany. I did a practice run and the valance/diffuser, brackets and exhaust will fit, only need to modify/cut the current muffler tips (did not do this part yet). Just in case anyone is interested - S-Line Black Optics Option. I ran a dummy vin WAUENAF44KA013996 to double check accuracy as it is more in line with my 18' car.

N90905903 (12 quantity) fastens exhaust bracket to bumper - per schematic dealer provided it called out for 12 however, thinking you only need about half ?WHT006099 (4 quantity) nuts for belowN90974701 (4 quantity) these hold the exhaust to brackets 8W0807347A (bracket)8W0807348A (bracket)8W0253826E (pipe tip) 8W0253825E (pipe tip) 8W0807521SRU6 (Valance/diffuser)No need to take off entire rear bumper just need remove current valance then shim the brackets that hold the exhaust along with some screws. I am just needing 8W0853551RN4 to complete my option perhaps another 3 months more as I cant find a decent price in the US??

Correction - N90905903 X8, 4 on each side

Nice work. Can you take a pic of your car so we can see how it looks like with the round tips and the new valance?

Okay here are a couple more pictures of the modification, as you can see I am still needing the black chrome molding (should be getting this in about a week or two ordered via US). For me the 17-18 rear diffuser and tips where a little too plain. If you plan to do this retrofit, you will need small **** torx screwdriver, have your local muffler shop cut and mold an oval tip to fit inside the new housing and a little patience-- if you plan on not removing the entire bumper, feel free to PM with any questions.

Looks great! Nice work!

How did you get the original rear valance off?

Also, did the new valance just snap into the bumper without modifications?

2 screws under to remove and then you basically have to just pull with some gentle persuasion.. it scares the hell outta me everytime a clip pops off the bumper but eventually I got it off .. I did the same from both ends

Yes, just like yb28 mentioned, I'd also put pressure with your other hand on the base to try and avoid a clip tearing off. If interested, my recommendation is to purchase these products from Europe/Germany. Search via google and you will find them. They are very expensive here in the U.S. My opinion it is way better look than the dates 18' and prior models.
