I am trying to make some changes with a Ross-Tech HEX-V2 cable, but I am coming across obstacles for every change I am attempting.

I am trying to make some changes with a Ross-Tech HEX-V2 cable, but I am coming across obstacles for every change I am attempting.
1. Comfort turn signal: Change from 3 to 4 flashes
- I have read to access 09 - Central Electronics --> Adaptations --> Channel 31 --> Change from 3 to 4.
- However I am not getting the same drop down menu to select a channel as shown in this video at 25s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qJHezq06PUE&feature=youtu.be&t=25. Instead I get a screen that looks like this, and under the drop down menu I cannot find anything pertaining to the comfort turn signal.
- Instructions say to access 10 - Park/Steer Assist, however when I try to access it, an error pops up saying that it failed communication.
- The module does not show up when I do an AutoScan, so I tried enabling it through module 19 (checked the tickbox next to module 10), but I still get the same error when trying to access it.
- I have heard there may be issues with this module if the parking sensors are installed by the dealership, but I believe mine are factory installed as I have the option to adjust the sensor settings in the MMI.
- Just trying to follow instructions from this thread, but I can't even access the A5 module by manually typing it in. I get an error, of which I cannot remember what it says but it was not very enlightening (Can't be accessed, not found?)
