Hey guys, I am Alaatin61 and I have a hobby YouTube channel that is devoted to filming cars, altough I film a lot of cars. Recently I filmed the New 2017 Audi A4 and filmed also every detail and did a start up. The car I filmed was in the Netherlands. Thanks for the detailed video review. The wheels on the car in the video look more like 18" rather than 19" as narrated. I'm curious what an interior with glossy brown colored wood trim would look like. I'm OK with natural looking wood but not in black or dark gray as this car has it. I would also like to get a close-up look of a car without virtual cockpit. I'm old school and prefer a nice set of analog gauges. I have a feeling this option on Prestige models would add a couple grand to the price and put the A4 in the mid-$50K range. Too much money for an A4.

A brief review I read in a Road & Track 2017 new car issue I read stated that manual transmission will be coming to the B9 A4 in the U.S. but a year after initial launch. I hope that is the case, but it looks rather hopeless since they are hardly offer MT in Europe. I think the 190-hp 2.0T Ultra is the only version getting it in Europe. Since that engine is not coming to the U.S.

This car is pulling hard at me. If we end up with split exhaust on the S-Line and that sporty blue seen in pics, I just may have to place an order and go into debt all over again.

But this colour, which is Ara blue (Ara is a type of macaw, as in parrot) is not on the B9 configurator in my market or Germany. Seems strange that Audi would be releasing the car to the media in an Exclusive colour. It may replace Sepang for the S4 - the two colours are close, and both are pearlescent. At the moment the lightest blue on offer is Scuba.

Thank you Glisse for the videos and additional color info. I bet your hunch is right about Ara Blue possibly becoming the replacement for Sepang on the S models. If that ends up being the case, it's a shame Audi still does not offer a medium blue for lesser models.
BTW, "Ara" is also a very popular first name in the Armenian culture.

Scuba Blue is supposed to be one of the color options on the B9 A4. Not the same but pretty close.
