I would agree that you should get AoA involved. They are actually pretty good to work with and this sounds like the kind of problem that isn’t going to be able to get fixed, but rather one you could be going back and forth to that dealer with for a long time.

Update: service manager of local dealership contacted me that it has done everything within its ability to resolve this noise issue. However, it is going to take my vehicle in next week and will work with Audi’s Technical Assistance Center to resolve this issue. I am crossing my fingers that Audi can fix this issue!
