Default "You have used 90% of your Audi Connect data"

I have 2 months left on the subscription and when you go to the Audi Connect website to look at your options, they really don't make any sense. I'm assuming I'm not the only one that this has happened to so I wanted to ask what you guys did. Also, I find it hard to believe I used up over 5 gigs of data already. Has anyone found that they screwed up or you were cheated?

Default Got the same warning today...

I also received an email warning today (mine says that I've used 80% of my data plan) and was similarly surprised. My subscription doesn't expire until 12/21/18 (i.e. another 456 days) and the AudiConnect site says that I've used .59 GB in the last 30 days. My car was in the body shop for 23 of those days so I'm not sure what's going on. I guess we're going to have to call them and find out what the deal is. I'm hoping they made a mistake.

Okay, I just got off the phone with an Audi Connect person. I had a bunch of questions that he couldn't answer so he's going to call me tomorrow. He didn't have access to more than the last 30 days of my data usage. I did find out a few things, though. From what I understand the Audi Connect data that's almost used up is the 6GB of complimentary data that they give you if you sign up for the Audi Prime plan. If it gets totally used up the only thing that you lose access to (assuming that your Audi Prime plan continues, as mine does) is the wifi network (which in my case is so incredibly slow (the download speed) that it's barely useful. One's access to traffic data, Google Maps, etc. all continues even if the Audi Connect data expires.

I can confirm that, was the same way when my 6GB were used on my 30 months plan.

That's good news! I use the WiFi but I can live without it.

Thank you for this information. Trying to get the details of the Audi Connect plans from the Audi website is an exercise in frustration. My 2017 A4 is 3G, so using the car's WiFi only slows down the access to data to my iPhone 8 (which is LTE). And we rarely come close to using up all of the data on our current wireless data plan.

My wife signed up for the 18 month plan on her Allroad, and she, too, has used up her 6Gb after a few months, much quicker than she expected.
