Default Yes, this is all I have...

The deal is this... upon further inspection I do have "marking" but they are NOT grooves... the latch does graze the area as you can see, but it is not a big deal and there are no noises associated with this.

How does yours look? Have you thought of some heavy weight grease in that area? Not too much, maybe apply it with a Q-tip?

Default ok ive used macro mode and heres some more pics

Default Put the top up?

You get used to that foggy weather here ( San Francisco) so the top stays down a lot.. thanks to heated seats..
