Radio intermittent

Anyone ever have an intermitent radio problem. I have a 2003 cab with the factory "Bose" system. Sometimes especially after we have closed the trunk the radio will not locate any stations either on AM or FM bands. CD works fine. If I turn the radio off wait ten seconds and then back on most of the time it starts working. I would think your problem has something to do with the fact that the antenna is in the trunk lid. I would start with checking the connections..

I have a similar issue, when ever I open or close the top, my radio cuts out. I think it even happens when playing the MP3...'06 S4
