Stereo questions...Aftermarket and Factory (Simple)
2 things:
1. I saw something abotu a subwoofer from the factory. Is this standard? If so, where is it? I want to know if my car has it.
2. Who has any links to some nice simple installs in Cabs? I want something like in my 337. I have a JL Audio 10w3 underneath the mat in the trunk and the amp/crossovers are hidden in there, too. Can't see anything.

simple answers
1. yes in the passenger rear fender compartment. One style for non Bose, another for the Bose, the amp is there too and will differn in ouput and freq. from stock to Bose. The radio head is always the same.
2. Most poeple will leave the Radio head alone as it has many systems including secuirty running through it. But what they do, is upgrade the amp and speakers.
You will have better information from those that use the Audi World Audio forum and the A4-B6 Forum.
