C8 A6 Allroad APR Tune
Has anyone pulled the trigger on the C8 APR tune?
I’ve had my Allroad for just over 3 years now so understand the warranty issues but wondering if anyone has any real world experience with how the APR tune improves an Allroad.
It would certainly be cheaper than the 2023 SQ8 I almost bought a month ago and I love my Allroad so just wondering if I can increase the “fun” factor.

Funny Story
So I dropped my brand new '23 allroad off at my local APR shop, they called me back an hour later to inform me that APR currently does't have a profile for my specific model thankfully APR is happy to create a custom one. So the boys set about downloading all my engine data and sent it off to APR. Should be getting flashed early next week. If you do go stage one with the '23 A6 Allroad from APR you'll be getting my exact tune

hmmm, on that other Audi forum the apr rep noted that they needed to be able to get the code to be able to make the tune. From his post it sounded like there wasn’t a way for apr to download the stock ecu map to modify. Are you saying that the apr shop you took your car too has the ability to get that file? If so, I’m pretty excited because my car comes in a couple weeks.

Good to know. Keep us updated. I had the same issue, I took my car to the shop and they told me that they did not have a file for my car and the only way would be to ship the car to their HQ (AL I believe). Really wanting to go with APR as I've had great luck with them but may start looking elsewhere. Hope your "file" is compatible with others.

I picked up a new 2023 A6 Allroad / Prestige / Firmament Blue Met. late March this year. Mid April, I purchased the APR Ultralink and hooked it up 10 minutes after the UPS man dropped it on my front porch.
Turns out there is no tune for my software version available yet either. Support told me the tune they wrote was throwing codes on the test vehicle so they are still working on the rewrite. The support tech shared that it should be available in a few weeks after testing.
I'll update when and if this happens.
