I recently started lurking in this forum.
Thinking to place the order. One of the dealer send a quote for Invoice+400 do you guys think it is a good offer?
do you guys pay any other addition fees like destination costs etc:-

Go to Edmunds.com and select your car and configure accordingly. They're pricing seems to be accurate. Edmunds will break out the invoice vs msrp for you so there's no misunderstanding what the dealer cost is. $400 over cost (including destination) would be a very good deal. I made sure that I wasn't hit with the dealer fee of $400, which is nothing more then pure profit, so be on the lookout for that. Good luck

Depending what part of the country you're in you might be able to get the car at invoice.

Seems like you're getting a fair price at $400 above invoice, of course you could always press for a better deal in your favor. Some of the forums users have said Bell Audi in Edison, NJ...has some of the best pricing.
