2013 S6
I see the price for the S6 in the USA is around 70k dollars. Here it is just over 125k after exchange conversion. Is it really worth that much? How much is it in other countries besides the USA? We have a huge engine displacement tax on anything larger than 2.0 liters. The taxes on imports shouldn't matter too much since our country has a FTA with EU. So besides the engine tax, not sure where the huge cost difference is coming from.

An S6 Saloon in the UK is inc VAT @20% is £53k (c$85k) but the UK car does not have Bose or the HDD based SatNav as standard. As a general rule cars in the US are cheaper than they are in other markets due (so they claim) to the market conditions and local competition. It could of course be that the rest of us are paying more just to make up for the lower margins that are made in the US!
