Has anyone received their cashmoney from Bosch yet?

My claim was formally denied by VWoA today through their TDI Military Support team. They citied that, while I completed all documents and requirements on-time, I had incorrectly submitted them.

We sold our TDI on 17-Feb due a tour extension in Japan for 12 additional months, and the class-action attorneys were quite confident that while the sale of the car fell-outside of the courts approved dates, that VWoA would side on the consumer. We filed as Former Owners expecting no issues, and provided all documents via Certified Mail to VWoA.

Guess VWoA doesn't like, or support the Military...however that is a private and personal opinion. The question I have for the group is if anyone has had to sue VWoA for claim related matters and, if so, how did that process go?

Has anyone heard anything from Bosch yet on when they plan to pay out? Everything has been submitted but I have not heard back from them on this. I read everything I could and didn't see any deadline for payment, just a time to register and get everything submitted.

I was told by the claims specialist last Friday that the Bosch payment would not be issued until the fix is approved by the court. I haven't seen any posts that have indicated the Bosch money was paid out for any of the 3.0L owners.

My Audi dealer did the diesel inspection on Tuesday and I received the check today. Only took 3 days!

VW has less than a week to the gen 2 SUV deadline, Oct 23? If no fix has been approved for the SUVs, I don't expect one for the A6/7 in December.
