Hey, thanks for all the info guys. It was all very helpful. Sorry to disappoint but as much as I want the prestige, I'm leaning towards the premium + only because it's going to be about a $3000 price difference.

If you can swing it the 3G upcharge is worth it for the seats alone. In retrospect I wish I had not given up my quest to find a Prestige but I wanted the TDI more at the time I bought mine. The dealer didn't have a TDI in the Prestige package. Darn it. You'll still enjoy your car with or without those comfort seats. It is an awesome car in any package you get it in!

In my opinion the standard prestige seats are not that much better than P+, besides that they're ventilated. Now the comfort seats are something else entirely and those are definitely a huge improvement over either the P+ or Prestige seats.
