Operating Windows and Sunroof with Remote

This will allow you to hold the Lock and Unlock buttons on your remote to open and close the windows and sunroof (long press on the unlock or lock button)

[46 - Cent. Conv.]
[Coding - 07] -> [Long Coding Helper] ->
Or Check the box for "Comfort Operation: Remote Control active"

Once you have checked the box and saved your new settings with VCDS, an extra menu item will appear in the MMI car settings. Press the CAR button and look under Car Systems>Vehicle Settings>Central locking. You need to set the "open" settings. Otherwise tha Vag mod will only allow the windows and sunroof to close with the keyfob.

I activated my window open and close in Vagcom a while back, but they only closed with remote and wouldn't open.
Thanks to Manish... he kindly pointed out that I needed to activate the window option in key remote area in the MMI, as Snagit also described.

I customized it to only open front wndows and not open moonroof, but to close all windows and moonroof if open.

I tried to do this yesterday, but I'm with IKnowHuhA6: In my case I can only roll, them up. I have it set to roll up from the lock button and the remote, but I can't seem to roll them down remotely.

Read posts 3 and 4 again. You have to go into the MMI Car settings to add the open feature.

Missed it! Thanks! Will do.

While we're at it, is anyone aware of more menus you can add beyond the ALA and this one for well equipped cars? Crazy to me these menus aren't available by default.

I read there is an AC mode in MMI menu to set air flow from light, medium to strong. Anyone has that?
