Default Aspherical Side-View Mirrors for C7 A6 (4G)

A friend of mine turned me on to these, he just put a pair in his VW golf.

It looks like these mirrors are manufactured by Audi.

Can Euro A6 owners confirm whether these are the the Side View mirrors they get on their cars?

Interesting. It doesn't specify if you would lose the auto dimming and defrosting feature if swapped out.

Good catch! they are right here in California, so I'll give them a call to find out.

EDIT: looks like they are already out for the July 4th holiday. I'll call them again on Thursday to see

At that price I wouldn't think it includes dimming mirrors...those tend to be quite a bit more expensive (think $250.00-$400 per side depending on model)...

You do, at least for the auto dimming.
Heating is done by nichrome wiring behind it, but it could be embedded in the glass piece.

Here in the UK we get a split mirror on the driver's (RH) door and a convex mirror on the Passenger Door. I would presume that in LHD markets this is reversed. I guess these guys at OEMPlus are taking a drivers mirror from both a LHD and a RHD market and bundling them together. On that basis they should be able to source dimming and non-dimming versions as both options are available here
