Drive the car down a dusty country road - get it nice and dirty, and leave it that way until the garage is fixed???

I dont think i can park the car on the driveway for another 2 weeks without a car cover.
That is no good. I personally go through Sears for the openers. Never had a problem and I have done 4 individual houses that way. They are fast. Good luck. If you lived close to me I would offer up turkey hunting services, but your neighbors would not like it. HAHA.

Any idea whose Turkey that is? That is just crazy. I honestly think I would have shot it by now, if it was trolling the neighborhood picking fights with cars. Those poor innocent cars. Glad the cover worked. Seems like a simple fix, but stinks you had to shell out the coin.

HAHA. I hit post and kind of figured I was walking into a comment like this. I suppose out in the sticks everyone has turkeys. Here in my burbs, it is very rare, but some townships allow it. Normally there is that guy who takes advantage of the rules and a farm is born. So when you see animals like that, you can better track it back to the rightful owner. Like my chicken story on a previous post.

So what you are saying is your turkey don't have collars like a dog? HAHA

I haven't seen any near the house. Maybe the dog keeps them away. My daughter did see a bear in the side yard two weeks ago. It was in the gully a hundred feet from the house eating ripe raspberries. It wasn't bothered by the barking dog at all...

I keep a watch in that direction when I'm out mowing.
