Best Bose Stereo Settings
So i am trying to determine what the best Bose Stereo settings are and what everyone else who has played with the system adjustments has determined sound the best. Can you please post what you have settled on as the best sounding configuration?
DSP: (Front, Rear, All)
DSP: Audiopilot On or Off
Surround Level Slider: (Min to Max?)
Base Level: (Min to Max?)
Treble Level: (Min to Max)
Balance\Fader: (Location you have set to)
Thanks!
Right now here is what I am using but I swear i adjust the damn thing all the time tweaking it and can't settle on a best:
DSP: All, Audiopilot Off
Surround level (right in the middle)
Base: Max
Treble: Middle
Balance\Fader: Middle but just behind the 2 front seats i think 2 clicks beck of center.
Thanks!

Tinkered with it during my test drive but here is my opinion.Of course, your musical taste, hearing and desires may vary.
DSP: (Front, Rear, All)All
DSP: Audiopilot On or Off Off
Surround Level Slider: (Min to Max?)3/4
Base Level: (Min to Max?)2 clicks under 3/4
Treble Level: (Min to Max)3/4
Balance\Fader: (Location you have set to)Slightly to the front.Better soundstage and rear acts as fill.Obviously,YMMV.

Treble Level: (Min to Max)3/4

Didn’t love the bass on max. I just leave both the sub and bass at about 3. Not perfect but I’ve let it go. HK in my X5 had EQ adjustments and you could really get it tuned well. I miss it.

Absof****nglutely !!!
Wish I had the time, energy, patience and ambition to pull off the incredible audio masterpiece that you designed in your car. Your thread on how/what you did is on my altar of things to worship. All I was able to muster was to disconnect the uncontrollable and overwhelmingly awful center dash mono speaker. A modest improvement, but a mere whimper to your symphonic ode to Joy.
