Bluetooth Problem
Hi, my c7 has been having a problem with the bluetooth for the past months. Bluetooth connects like normal but when playing music it either doesnt play sound or plays it with lots of distortion. I have had it at an audi dealership and they found nothing wrong which is why im confused.
Is there any way to get access to the bluetooth module to see if its damaged? Ofcourse i have tried with multiple phones, reset mmi etc. etc. but nothing works.

Assuming the dealer's check is accurate and your bluetooth is functioning properly, the most common cause of bluetooth interference is other devices such wifi routers or other devices that transmit on the same or close 2.4Ghz frequency. That said, if you haven't tried already, you may want to drive somewhere a bit rural, away from possible interfering devices and check if the problem persists. If the problem persists, then most likely there is something in going on in your vehicle, but if the problem goes away, then you may just have signals in your usual drive area that are interfering with the bluetooth signal.
