You need to have AS or winter tires when the temp drops below 7C or 40F??

Besides, being a MY2013 unit, those PZeros are almost done and should be due for replacement very soon, unless they put new tires for you as part of the CPO program, which I doubt

C'mon buddy, go get a set of new DWS-06 and start enjoying your new toy, instead of harping on something that is a consumable item anyway!! If cost is an issue for a set of brand new AS or winters, please look for a set of good used ones which are aplenty everywhere. Stop blaming the dealer for something this trivial, unless you're driving it off the lot in winter conditions and they didn't allude you to the fact. Please, I wish some people will learn to accept some responsibility for themselves.
Sorry, you missed all of the points that were in the previous posts and your post adds nothing to the thread.

All of those previous posts were followed however it seems you're only interested in reading what you like to 'hear'. Obviously at the end of the day, the truth hurts, correct? Coz tearing apart all the litigious concerns, its all about you, you and you!

Anyway with due respect to snagit, our dear moderator, we'll just have to agree to disagree as this subject has already been beaten to death. Good luck, Go swap out those summers and Enjoy your gorgeous ride safely!
