Does anyone know how to replace these? The one on my drivers side door does not work anymore. No big deal but if it was an easy process thought I would take care of it.

I also went with the brighter Audi logo lights a while back.
You just need to use a flat screwdriver to gentle pry the light housing out of the bottom of the door and then disconnect the wiring.
Thanks for the info. I think adding "puddle" to the title was a little misleading. I was hoping to find more info about the little lights at the base of the outside door handles. Any idea about those?

Those are LED assemblies, with a connector. You will need to remove the door handle to access and replace the assembly. The only special tool you need is a hook tool with a handle, but it looks like a small flat head screwdriver will do. It also appears that you can replace just the bulb, but it's not entirely clear.
I know someone replaced/changed the door handle LEDs. IIRC they increased the power to really light them up. I couldn't find the thread. I did find this early thread about the LEDs. https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a7-...andle-2815578/
