Google earth not working

Google earth not working
I have a 2017 SQ5, my google earth stopped working a few days ago, and said it is downloading, it asks me if I want to view standard view and I push no....must be the longest download in the world, will probably just bring it to my dealer in Westlake Village Ca. and see if they have a patch to fix it....frustrating!

Yes - this is a known issue; Audi Connect is experiencing issues which is affecting everyone - not just you. We have a couple of threads discussing this - search is your friend.
Also just FYI - this is the C7 sub-model forum (A/S6 and A/S7).
