I saw it once also. Can’t remember if it was the S5 or the Q7. Not a big issue for me. Only have a couple of presets in Sirius. I thought it had something to do with their update too.

I have the same issue and notice that it happens after Sirius does a "channel update"

Weird. Just happened today for the first time in 4 years. AM/FM presets still there.

I think this is what it is. SiriusXM changes the channel lineup and they boot all your presets. I'd prefer they stay and risk being off, but doesn't seem like we have the choice.

I lost my Sirius presets when I let the subscription lapse last fall. The channel update may involve deletion and reinstall of the programming.

I have a 2015 A5 and had this happen maybe once a year.....until this year.

Now it has happened three times this year. Most recently today after an "update" I watched happen. It is not every update, I have seen updates work where the presets do not get blown away.
Has there been any response from Audi? I am going to escalate with my dealer but just looking for some historical info for people that have been dealing with this for many years.

Happened again today…irritating. Well, I don't think we can do anything about it, as it's something pushed by Sirius XM. If Audi could do an update that would lock to the channel number, that would be great, but I see that as unlikely.
