I have a few specialized vehicles (Harley, RV, Rock Crawler,boat, ect.) When driving or riding down the road and encountering someone that has the same style ride, drivers or riders always waive. I had an idea today about a special acknowledgement that Audi owners can give each other when driving down the road.

Since the headlights are so unique on our cars, I though this would be a good time to propose the Audi Wink. Just hit the left blinker partially down and give the oncoming Audi a "what's up"!

Any thoughts?

I think it's a fantastic idea. Would be really cool. Just got to figure out a way to get it to go viral! Eventually, an Audi wink button would come standard.

It's a good idea, I find the "wave" a little too generic. However, by pressing the turn signal lever, even slightly, causes the turn signals to flash 3 times.

...which would no doubt aggravate drivers around you. Nice idea but not practical IMO.

Back in the 70s those of us who had an MG would flash our lights to say hello auto other MGs
