SOOOOO Jealous... I wanted Daytona Gray... At the time, I didn't know I had the choice of custom ordering Audi colors (for about $2500, if i'm not mistaken)

If I had known, I probably would have... although, I might have gone for Spirit Blue!

Yes, custom color. And I had a really tough time placing the order, since it is not part of the regular Audi Exclusive palette.

On a tip from a forum member here, I had to deal with 3 different dealers until I found one who was capable of negotiating the special order.

It is indeed an incredible color and well worth every penny. More pictures later when the weather cooperates.

It's a standard colour for the 2013 Canadian A6's. I saw one at the Glen and it has become one of my top three choices.

Finally got out today to get some photos. I know that the '13s are starting to come in droves, but Im still pretty excited about my "old" A6

The particulars are in my signature. It was a week old yesterday, and I have yet to find a defect. I couldnt be happier right now, and based upon my 15 year history with my A4, I expect this one to be putting a smile on my face for a long time.

Well, for U.S. models, unless someone is really C7 A6 savvy and close enough to see the "Start/Stop" button on the dash (2013), there ain't no way to tell a 2013 from a 2012.
Unless they see 18" Sport wheels (2012) or sunshades (2013). Or ask the owner.

^ sexy! Quartz? It looks to have a light blue tint.

It is "Quartz Grey" metallic. I agree with you, the color in these pics does cast a bit of a light blue tint to it. I love the color, and it matches so prefectly to the 20" sport package wheels.
