As the title says, after maybe leaving my finger on the window up position switch for >5 sec, now the window is acting up.

I push down on the switch and the window comes down. Check.

I pull up on the switch (first or second position), the window comes up up up, goes to top, and reverses all the way to the bottom and stops.

Isn't there a "reset window travel" function that I can do ?

Oh and by the way, this is the only "issue" I have had with my 2015 A6 since buying it about 15 months ago.

This problem has now disappeared! Left as quickly as it showed up.

FWIW I believe if you hold the window up/down switch in each position for like 10s each it re-learns the endpoints of travel.

Thank you. I might have done just the thing without knowing what I was doing and confused the system for a little while.
