Thoughts on these parts for brake replacement?
I need to do front and rear pads and rotors for my 2012. I have these parts in my cart but wanted to see if anyone had suggestions or if they look good from your perspective?

Unless you do an occasional HPDE, you are overspending on the pads imo. .02

Yeah, that looks high for parts. Do you really need those stand-alone sensors. The pads typically have those built it.

I was looking at the Hawk brand because I haven't been thrilled with the OEM pads, I found them to be very dusty and seem to wear quickly
They have some Hudsons around 1/2 that price that might be better money spent.
As to the sensor, they show it as a recommendation and some of the reviews indicate they aren't included with some pads

There are some threads where i posted all the part numbers for akebonos and zimmerman combo
I have used Hawk previously but a different car and it was over a decade ago and i found there was squeel and dust was still there (non cermaic hawk pads). WIth the akebonos there seems to be very very little dust.

The Zimmerman/Akebono combo is the most recommended for OEM replacements.
I went the style/budget route, but this combo still performs as-good/better than OEM. Don't let your jaw drop when you see that it only costs $325 for all 4 rotors and pads:
Powerstop EBR1206XPR Front Slotted/drilled rotors: $170
Powerstop EBR1209XPR Rear Slotted/drilled rotors: $100
Powerstop Z17 (17-1549) Front pads: $6
Powerstop Z17 (17-1547) Rear pads: $12
Audi N91147601 Front caliper bolts : $16
Centric 116.33006 Brake wear sensors: $19
Total: $325
Stopping power feels virtually identical, initial bite is slightly higher than stock. Z23 and Z26 provide better bite, but unless you are doing HPTE, the standard ceramic pads are perfectly fine.

question on my 2013 A6 the dealer recently replaced the rear pads and rotors. they said the front were at 90% both pads and rotors. I am looking to have new ceramic pads put on to reduce the huge amount of brake dust I am getting. question, do you think I need to replace all 4 rotors at the same time. looking to pick up Akebono pads. thanks for all input.
