+1 I agree

I have 30% on my front 2 windows & 20% on the rest. If you look at my pics, also took to show the tint, it looks light with sunlight coming through it...but dark when in combination with my interior(black)

Here's the best I can do for a side by side comparison.
Even though they don't really look all that dark alone, you can see there is a big difference in the two.

And I agree with the post about it making more of a difference with the interior color.

Default tint the front windshield for heat rejection

Anyone ever tint the front windshield for heat rejection and UV protection? Suntek Carbon 5 has a 50% heat rejection and 99% UV protection and will look almost like clear glass.

Ive scheduled a tint job in two weeks for all the side windows and back window in Suntek Carbon 70, which is the limit in NY.

Yes, I always get my front windshield tinted with Llumar Air Blue film.
It's a clear film that offer good heat rejection and UV protection, while keeping the view clear and safe.

Default 35% tint

Got my tint yesterday. 70% was too light. At that level I wouldn't bother putting it on. I went with 35%.
