My 2014 A6 Quattro OEM Continental tire has a bubble on the outside with 18,000 miles.
What are my options for warranty service and/or replacement options.
Do I need to buy all four or will two satisfy. Buy one and have it cut down?

You would have to review the tire manf. warranty. There could be a prorated coverage for defects or road hazard.

As to what to replace, it depends on the tread depth of the new tire vs. the existing three. Audi states with Quattro, all four should be within 4/10ths of an inch of each other. And of course, all four should be the same size, make and model.
