Trunk Open Question

It seems that all of a sudden when I press the Open Trunk button on the remote key, nothing happens. The lights flash, but the trunk does not open. However, pressing the latch under the trunk lid or pressing the interior trunk open button work just fine.

Anyone have this issue? Is it an MMI setting?

Thanks.....in advance....

pressing the trunk button on the remote just unlocks it, press and hold for 2 seconds, opens the trunk.

Duh!!! Well....I guess I should have thought of that...because of course that is the right answer....
