Can't login to MMI
I've seen various threads on this, but none seem to be having the same symptoms as me. I received my new A6 today and absolutely nowhere can I login as Key User on MMI. My menu options in 'Users' don't seem to resemble anything I've seen online.
Any suggestions? Is there a way to 'hard reset'? My users menu is distinctly barren!

Have you registered yourself on My.Audi? You need to do that first and assign yourself there to your car. Once you have done that then you should be able to log in in the car. At the moment it looks as if your car does not think it has any users. Really the dealer should have taken you through all this at handover.

Thanks for the reply... Yeah the myAudi sign up on the app was all fine. Entered the VIN and it found my vehicle without issue. But in the app it's saying (obviously) that there is no link to the car and instructs me to enter my email address and 10 digit scratch-off code. All I need is a menu item in MMI which appears to not exist!
Quite the conundrum!

Once you add the local user, don’t you have an option then to convert it into the key user?

Not in MMI. I'm interested to know if the option to enter the Key User only becomes available after signing up to myAudi and entering the VIN or is it in the Users menu by default? If the former, then I would assumed that myAudi has failed to activate those menu items in my vehicle somehow and perhaps I should delete the myAudi account and try again?
