Does anyone manage to get the live traffic information? Is it available in Canada, or at all?

I've tried everything to get this working. It says I have it but when I login to my.audi.com it shows:

Traffic information online

Send data: off | Deactivated in the vehicle

There is no where in the vehicle to activate that I can find.

I've taken it into the dealer and they couldn't figure it out either.

Yes, this should be available for the first few years.

Make sure your Audi Connect is activated.

Do you folks have Google Maps initiated? If so, it should show up. If not, forgive me I don't remember how to enable this, but just ask your dealer to do this.

The Audi Connect/Plus or whatever it's called subscription is enabled for the first 3 or 4 years of ownership for all C and D segment cars in Canada. (same with the Q8 as well IIRC)

Just as follow-up. The dealership in Barrie, Ontario was great and figured out the problem. Had to do an update under TSB 2055081. Has been working perfectly ever since.

Crap like this really left a bad taste in my mouth when the C7 had just arrived in 2011 in Canada. Looks like 8 years later they still haven't got it right.
