I haven’t had that issue with my A6 but I would use my OBDeleven tool to scan and read what that fault might be. Try to clear it and if it comes back again, see what the dealership has to say about it.
also I would check the body panels to make sure you don’t have any heavy patches of snow built up. Thick snow can set the sensors off or read as an object.
just my thoughts.

No codes related to this issue.
No weather related, even clean car does it. Audi already pulled the bumper and checked everything underneath. Recalibrated it and started throwing parts at it.
They pretty much don't have a clue at the moment what is going on, this is why Im trying to see if somebody here does. A long shot, but ...

Sounds like you do have an issue. I wonder when you took your car to Audi if they flashed the software? Are you able to push the blind spot monitoring system on and off physically by pushing the button on the lower control panel?

Yes, i can.
in general it works fine, it just does this stupid thing from time to time. It is nit consistent how it does it, which almost makes me think it is not a hardware issue, but im not sure 100%..
Trying to figure out more before i take it back to audi. Dont want to waste more time with them for now. I have plany warranty left so them throwing parts at it doesnt bother me, but hate to waste time going back and forth.

I agree. I realized Audi service personnel are not really that smart and they are just following a list of checks for certain categories.
sorry I wasn’t more help to you.

Unfortunately, today's car mechanics cannot troubleshoot. They can only replace parts (the more the better, and most of them are fully functional). Try to find a workshop with an older "guy" who was there from the past. He can surely do a correct and professional troubleshooting on your car and tell you what really needs to be fixed.

Also try to ask to get the possibly replaced parts back (they were yours from your car). They will refuse because the parts they replaced were faultless and they can use them further.
