I returned my RS6 style spoiler to Spoiler Depot 4 weeks ago and still have not recieved a refund. I have spoken with them at least twice a week for the last 3 weeks and every time I am told that they are having computer problems and can not issue refunds. I have to say that when taking my order they were friendly and shipped quickly. Unfortunately like several others who ordered from them the spoiler did not fit properly. They were more than happy to take the spoiler back but are less than friendly when I ask for my money. I would NOT recommend this company at all.

If you charged the spoiler on a credit card, you could dispute the charge...
and receive the credit back to your card once they investigate it. I've done it before w/ another online purchase. Sorry to hear that you haven't received your refund yet.

I did that this morning. Their attitude really set me off. It's like it's my fault they made a crapy spoiler. I ask the girl in accounting if they are still taking orders and charging CC's and she said yes. So I asked her why she just can't reverse my charge and she said it was against policy!
