01e swap into 3.0L questions
Hi everyone, ive been looking all over the forums and i havent found a specific post about my case.
i have a donor 03' 2.7T 6MT thats undriveable as the engine is knocking very hard and requires a rebuild. im parting out the car and saving the engine and trans to later rebuild the engine once i have time and $$, and i would like to swap the 6MT into my 2004 3.0L.
what is required to swap everything? from what i understand i think the rear axle has to be switched and a couple odds and ends but im not quite sure. if anyone has knowledge to spare id really appreciate it. from what i read its a straightforward swap.

Your also Gonna need the driveshaft, trans mounts, the axles ( possibly swapping outter cv joints to match spline count)
And everything else obvious to swap over
… I just thought of it but your probably gonna need a vcds or a way to program the ecu.
