Ronal's wheels are pictured on the A6 on their web site...

Yes...they're from the urS4/S6 series cars.
Check with the classifieds on the Scar list for starters, or check a dealer price (like Clair Audi) or Vortrag. The Scar site used to have a complete history of all the Audi Avus wheels, with pics and all specs.
My son has 16" x 7 1/2" (37mmET) Avus wheels on his '93 S4, with 5 x 112mm bolt pattern.
