1999 AUDI A6 hologen covert to xenon.....

I have 1999 with xenon headlights. I had an accident and they are a little bit broken. But all the inside stuff is good and they work just fine. If i could get a pair of holegen headlights (those are cheap comparing to xenon). Is it posible to transfer all the inside stuff to hologen headlights?

Yes, just order the correct housings only.

kinda....sorta. I looked into this myself....

...cause I wanted to modify a pair of ecode halogens with the HID components. It is certainly possible but the place where the HID projector attaches to the inner housing is different between the halogen and HID housing. Therefore, you'd need to transplant all the components (even the self leveling motors) and the associated wiring to make it work. It's kinda a big project....and if you screw up...you'll be without headlights as you wait to source parts.
