Default 49,921 on odo, and my door contact sensor has gone...
my dealer cannot fit me in until Wednesday next week, so I guess I will have to pay the $50 deductible to get it fixed under Audi Assured.

Found this out this AM when I went to lock my car and did not hear the trademark "sad horn" when the car locked. Now, the car lights flash without the horn, as if the alarm is being triggered.

Can I make a case that this is an existing condition, and I should not have to pay the deductible?

I would hope so, it broke before 50K and it's not your fault they can't fit you in!

take a picture of your odometer reading as a back-up

Better yet, go to the dealer to show them the problem and then take it back next week for the repair
