Default A6 is gone - thanks and so long

Traded in my Audi, got a Mazda3. Mostly attribute such a drastic change to personal life changes and a little to the high maintenance costs associated with the car. Never following is expensive.

So I got $12k trade on a 2001 A6 2.7t, sport, 6spd, 64k. Car needed wheel bearings, BPV, TBB and had a timing belt change coming. Tried to sell for a few months, but its to sell with so many issues. VIN WAUED64B61N032333 incase you ever run into it.

I am happy, wish everyone the best and thank all those who I have learned from. I wont be in a high end car class again till I want to afford maintenance outside of warranty. Mean while--zoom zoom indeed!

I have a few items left over, email if interested. navsumit-at-hotmail-dot-com.
S4 shift **** ($5 + shipping)
wheel locks (lost key) (pay shipping)
bra ($5 + pay shipping)
A6 & 2.7t (debadged) (free + shipping)
cargo net from trunk ($5 + shipping)

Default good luck

the mazda 3 is a good, fun little car, just needed a bit more pep in my book, the interior aesthetics didn't please me too much either, but those were the only things that kept it off my list (it also felt roomier than the 6 to me). enjoy it, I hope it treats you well (just watch out for almost unavoidable tranny problems around 100k)

Default Good luck. Others will carry on...

...with the 2001, 2.7T, BBS RK (LOVE those wheels) tradition.

Default Enjoy the 3. Great choice.

Looking for a low mileage used one for my father right now. This will be his first break with VAG since 1965.

Default Though certainly no A6, Mazda 3 is a great car.

My lady has one, an '06 4-door "S" Grand Touring edition. It's the only car in its class that I know of with navigation (same system as I have in my Corvette), heated leather seats, xenons, Bose, and steering wheel audio controls. The only missing "luxury" feature is power seats. You made a great choice IMO. Enjoy.

Default I'm picking one up tomorrow

Which 3? I'm getting one for my daughter to drive. Mazda3 S Touring.

Surprisingly nice little car. It seems to have as much or more rear seat leg room as my S4. Less shoulder room and trunk space.
