Nah, we referred to Japanese motorcycles as 'Rice Burners' since I was in high school...

in the 80s.

I used that term too. I never saw a person of color until I was 8 and we left NH.

My dad was quite a racist, but people in general got away with a lot more then than now.

Those are usually referred to as Rice Rockets. Different term.
