I said it "might" be an issue.
Some people have had their warranty voided for less. Supposedly, aftermarket BPV's will not void the warranty but I have heard of cases(somewhere on the S4 forum, I have no clue). I have heard of cases where exhausts and air filters have caused doubts by the dealership and AOA. Just letting you know, if you put anything on the car that isn't stock, don't be surprised.

This is an accurate statement . . .
Audi of America and/or the dealer can decline responsibility for any tire/wheels related issues if ANY non OEM product is installed. Even if you have the dealer install said item, if it is non OEM and things get sketchy it will be disallowed in any claim(s).
It's not an Audi specific consideration. If you have issues relating to tires and/or wheels and you have installed ANYTHING other than what was supplied with the car or by the manufacturer you are at a severe disadvantage in any dispute. The variable is how your dealer handles any major disputes or problems. The manufacturer, depending on your strategy, will most likely automatically deny any responsibility and refute any discrepancy.
This is not conjecture, it is real experience. Even snow tires, recommended in the manual, can be considered an unapproved modification. Is that sufficient to stop you from placing snows and/or different wheels on the car? I hope not. The exposure is limited in general to wheel and tire related problems. An unplanned slide into a curb during the winter will cost far more.
Is the additional cost of an OEM product worth the protection? That has to be determined individually.

I had Ronals, but they no longer fit.
I had Ronal R28s, which were great, but they no longer fit over the StopTech brakes I just put on. I'm now using SSR Competitions, which, unless it's my imagination, ride better. I just have to get used to the look (at least they fit).

Was at the dealer yesterday. Saw a new Audi brochure on wheels&tires. It strongly
implied only Audi wheels were acceptable. Tires statements seemed to imply that you should buy them at the dealer ("at competitive prices") to be sure of getting the correct ones.
I thought it was kind of funny as I had my OEM wheels & tires in the car. After Audi was done, I headed up to Lancaster, PA to get a set of Nokian Hakka Q's put on for the winter. Service manager said nothing about that or the Ronal wheels I had on the car. I even have had curb rash repaired at the dealer. So AoA may be pushing harder on wheels (and tires!), but my dealer isn't - yet.

Do you know what are the different Audi Center Caps ( Part #s) for Ronal R-28 (16") wheels? Thanks
in advance.
Haven't been able to get this info yet, even by e-mailing RonalUSA directly.
