Default Anybody have an A6 with K04's that's using the new 450+ HP software (APR or GIAC)?
I'm curious how the A6 with K04's handles the new software. I read some posts earlier this week about some bucking and other issues. I was curious what your thought are on the new software, and if it fixed any of the previously mentioned issues.

I'm still trying to get my hands on a 6-spd so I can hopefully join the ranks of the K04'ed A6 crowd =)

switch vehicles, unless you really want to. A few members here (MCH2.7T) have a tip with the K04's. I plan on doing the same with my tip, however I'll be doing the L10 TQ converter and valve body. I'm also curious who has used the new APR/GIAC K04 software!?!?!

I'm the "bucker" in question. I have K04s w/GIAC's Stage 3- chip. I need AWE's fuel kit for 450 hp.

Default I have GIAC's Stage 3- chip for the K04s and IMO, it's a waste of money for the 20 hp gain. I've
been informed that I'll need a fueling kit (I'm going with AWE's kit) and probably bigger ICs for the full 450 hp set up.

Thats good to know, it'll save me time and $$$.... I was thinking of using o.ct or revo software.

Default I'm still running the AMS K03 program on mine. Plan on going GIAC w/Lemmiwinks tweaks soon
after the ICs and fueling, of course!
